The most accurate way to measure the knee width is with a POD sizing tool, so if you are measuring your knee at home please measure the knee circumference instead (we have listed both sets of sizes for your information).  Any measurements are to be taken with the leg in a weight bearing position at full extension (i.e. leg fully straight)
