Anatomically profiled for all forms of off-road riding, the A04 Plasma Chest Protector features a semi-rigid thermoplastic polyhedron design chest protector and a Nucleon Plasma back protector that are engineered to be lightweight, breathable, comfortable, adaptive and protective.

• Highly flexible Nucleon Plasma back protector constructed from viscoelastic material engineered from bio=based polymers.  They’re formed into a structure that is pliable in all directions while maintaining the ability to dissipate impact energies.
• CE Level 1 certified back (EN 1621-2:2014) and chest (EN 1621-3:2018) protection.
• Lightweight and highly ventilated.
• Outer chest shell design based on geodesic polyhedrons, less material is needed to achieve the desired strength and imposed load performance.
• Compatible with the Nucleon Plasma Extended Roost Coverage kit which includes chest extensions and Y-Strap to use the A-4 Chest without the back protector (kit not included).
• A-4 Chest Protector features highly perforated, adjustable and detachable rib and shoulder padding for additional coverage against roost impact.
• Ribber lining on back protector for tactile feel against skin without losing integral structure, and reducing risk of material tearing.
