Customer Service

  • Shipping & Delivery

    We dispatch our orders every day from Monday to Friday and will try and send all orders that have been placed before 2pm the same day... if for some reason we need to order the part/item for your order this will always be done for all orders that are placed before 4pm so keeping any waiting time down till the order arrives with you.

    For UK delivery's we use Royal Mail for small items that are able to use the Posatge Service and DPD for any larger items.

  • Privacy & Security

    We do not keep any payment details on record as they are handled by the processing company (e.g. Paypal) and we do not pass your details onto any 3rd party companies... We only use your contact details to send and keep in contact about your orders.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Returns happen and we uderstand this and will help in any way we can.. below is a few examples on how most would be sorted, but if you need to return an item, please get in touch straight away so we can help and get any problem sorted ASAP.

    • "I no longer need the part" - if it was a special order part (Not a standard stock item for us) there is a 15% surcharge for returning the item.
    • "I purchased the wrong part = X and need Y" - Return the part and we will replace with the correct one
    • "The item is Faulty" - Return the item and supplier/manufacturer will Repair/fix/replace your item.
  • Ordering

    When you place an order with us the details will be sent to our Mail Order Department who work Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00, from there they will check payments and our stocks and process your order.. if we require any parts for your order these will be actioned and if there was any issues or problems we would then contact you to sort the problem.. other than that we get 99% of our orders out to you in 3-4 working days and work to get every order out as soon as possible with Royal Mail collections every day and DPD courier pick ups every day as well from the store..

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Payments are all processed via Paypal for this store and this keeps everything easy to track and follow up.. + Paypal excepts all major cards and of course Paypal accounts as well... We are always checking and adjusting are prices as orders and shipments come in, and always have a promotion offer running during the year... If for some reason we seem to be higher on a product that another company, please contact us and we will try to sort the problem straight away.

  • Viewing Orders

    When you place your order with us and go via the check out process and create an account, you will be able to veiw all your orders in your account pages... it takes the same time to check out with out creating an account, so I would suggest making one and having the extra options available + when you need that tyre again, you can just go to your old orders and re-order, instead of trying to find the item again :) .....
